Music and gastronomy 

The Gormei team brought together jazz diva Alemay Fernandez from Singapore and chef Joel Kam from Hong Kong in an extraordinary combination of music and food. Each of Joel's dishes was paired with a texture-matching song from Alemay, enthralling the audience.
