Overseen by industry legend Gagan Gurung, this subterranean hangout specialises in tea. There are two sections to the menu: Teatails, with original tea-infused cocktails themed around a specific tea's country of origin and the second, T& Tonic section offers teas like Italian almond and truffle, or kyoho grape and sakura, blended with gin before being redistilled and topped with tonic to create some completely original flavour combinations.

Gagan Gurung
Born in Nepal, Gagan moved to Hong Kong at an early age. His interest in ingredients and flavours led him to become a chef at first.
With experience at Zuma and Fang Fang Gagan was able to explore his passion and constantly develop unique techniques for an audience of cocktail lovers.
His recognitions include Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Top 25 Bartenders in Hong Kong Winner of Gin Mare Regional Final, and Top 4 in Bacardi Final.
