ABOUT THE HOSTS
Dr. Bivash Pandav
Dr. Bivash Pandav is a scientist and faculty member at the Wildlife Institute of India. Currently stationed at the Rajaji National Park in Uttarakhand, Bivash runs a long term monitoring programme of tigers and their prey species. Bivash has travelled extensively across Asia’s tiger habitats while deputed with WWF’s tiger programme. His work with Olive Ridley Turtles in the 1990s uncovered valuable insights about their behaviour and migratory habits.
Shagun Mehra
Shagun Mehra is the co-founder of Ear To The Wild Foundation that’s pioneering the use of cutting-edge technology to prevent elephant deaths from train collisions across the animal corridors of India. Along with her work in conservation, Shagun is also renowned as a globally acclaimed chef, hotelier and oenophile.
