Food has always played a major part in the life of Rajesh Sen, top hospitality sector executive for 29 years, and presently art gallery owner-curator. Rajesh grew up with great food, with the family kitchen once manned and till date influenced by two of Calcutta’s last Mog Barooah cooks, the legendary community to which the city owes some of its most celebrated fare.
